Thanks, Optimus. It was pretty simple. Rubber mask, some netting, and a few plastic vines woven through it. We put a green glow stick inside the mask to make the eyes glow. Hope you and your merry little band had a ghoulishly fun Halloween too.

Thanks for visiting the site. I remember seeing glimpses of Barnabas Collins when I was a kid, but I wasn't really allowed to watch the show. Too sinister -- ha ha! I've seen a few episodes on DVD though. My cousin watched it when she was young; she even had the Dark Shadows board game. Hmm. Wonder if she still does?

For whatever reason I happened to be googling Dracula. Probably because Halloween is coming up and it used to be my favorite "holiday " as a kid. I got to your page and thought WOW. How cool you are. Except you left out Barnabus Collins. I actually went to a reading event he was giving 10 or so years ago. What a playful actor he is. You may be too young to have seen any of the Dark Shadows series on TV. Ah .. the early days of live soap operas. My favorite episode was where the camera was trucking right with the actors as they were walking from one room to the next, and you could see the reflection of camera and crew in the fireplace. the director could see it too because he quickly waved for the crew to move back to their original postion. I fell out of my chair laughing.
